High time I added my input, considering how many classes I've taken @FPF, from pole to burlesque/lap, to ABC & even Boot Camp! Yup, little I haven't tried here. I've even had 3 of FPFâ??s 4 instructors -- so far, ALL are fabulous! I won't repeat what everyone's already said here, only add that I think it's important these ladies are also really good in technique. They are all so skilled at breaking every new move/trick/pose/etc down to small step-by-step pieces, & along the way pointing out the correct & SAFE way to do them all, & also what to avoid that could be harmful. Starting from the simplest spins around the pole, be assured there is NO haphazard stuff happening or being taught here. Everything at the same time has style, grace, STRENGTH (seriously this cannot be emphasized enough -- no worries if you don't have it, I certainly didn't! You'll build it, & fast!), and of course SEXINESSâ?¦ & by virtue of all that, FUN! Another thing worthy of mentioning that people maybe arenâ??t aware of: these instructors are not only good & well-trained, fun, patient, etc... they put SO MUCH TIME INTO PREPARING! Each class has BRAND NEW choreography, which personally I know is not trivial and I think is insane! It shows their dedication, and of course keeps things super exciting , interesting, fresh and all of us on our toes (no pun intended)... But I personally would not mind at all (actually would have originally expected it) if they decided to give themselves a break, and just keep working on the same routines for a couple weeks in a row... It's all good either way...
