Class Descriptions:
Intro to Pole $30 for 1 hour class

For beginners--for anyone with no pole dance experience. This class repeats each week, with the exact same choreography and moves, so you can do the same thing as many times as you want before moving on. We have Intro I and Intro II, so you can learn the 4 basic spins (IPF=inside planted foot, OPF=outside planted foot, BHG=blind hand grab, IHL=inside hooked leg) and be ready to go onto beginner/intermediate classes. Both of these classes (in any order) are required before moving on to Beginning or Intermediate classes. You only have to take each one once.

Everyone gets their own pole for all our pole dance classes!
Pole Conditioning $15 for 1 hour class

Use the pole to strengthen your core and stretch. A chellenging fitness class for all levels. Only $10 or 1/2 the price of a Pole Class. As always you get your own pole for the whole class!
Beginner and Intermediate Pole with Choreography and Jenn's Pole Series


After taking Intro I and Intro II, if you're ready to try something new, but still a beginner, you're ready for Beginner Choreo. If you want a little more advanced choreo and spins, try the Intermediate Choreo. You will learn at least 2-4 spins (you'll be taught the basic, intermediate and advanced level of each spin, and you pick your level!) and sexy moves and transitions between the two. New choreography each week. We also work spins from the right side of the pole, so you will get just as strong on your left side!

Jenn's Totally 80's Pole series is an intermediate level pole dance class. You will learn a routine to a whole song in 3 classes on 3 Monday's in a row. Be sure to come to all three so you get the whole routine!
Pole Tricks

No choreography--just fun, challenging tricks! You will learn the basics of tricks in each class, then move on to the advanced moves--including climbing, inverting, thigh holds, arm holds, and all kinds of challenging positions! Beginners are welcome!
Lap Dance and Burlesque

In these classes you get to practice the art of being sexy and confident using props such as chairs, boas, ties, and button down or wrap shirts. No nudity--just fun! And Friday nights we have "Bring your Friend" night, where your friend sits in a chair while you learn a lap dance using him/her as a prop! Your husband or boyfriend will love this class!

Stage Performance and Floor Work (full pole class price)
Interested in gaining the confidence to be comfortable performing? Lisa will teach you floor work, transition moves, and help you bring your pole dancing to the next level--ready to perform! This class is mostly floor work, with very little pole work.

Belly Dancing $15 for 1 hour
Beginning Middle Eastern Dance
A beginning class geared towards those with little or no experience who wish to learn the art of belly dancing. We will learn the basic movements, isolations, choreographed combination, as well as basics for improvised movements and usage of props (veils, skirts, etc..).

Foam Roller (added to the end of some classes)
Foam Rollers are used to release muscle tension. They are foam tubes that you roll your sore muscles on and ease tension out of your muscles.

Boot Camp to Morley Field-Indoor Boot Camp in Winter $15 for 1 1/2 hours
We run over to Morely Field and do drills, hops, pushups, dips, planks, and lots of other boot camp style drills. Indoor--same drills, adding jump rope, and BOSU ball drills.

ABC $15 for 1 hour
Target your problem areas with this class--Abs, Buns, and Cardio! We use BOSU balls, stability balls, steps, bands and weights.

Kickboxing $15 for 1 hour
Great cardio--high and/or low impact, your choice. Work your upper body, lower body, and core in fun choreographed kickboxing moves.

RAD Women's Self-Defense
Marie is a RAD certified Women's Self-Defense Instructor (see
http://www.rad-systems.com/). This class is a four-week commitment, every Sunday from 3-5:15pm. $80 for the 9 hour complete class.
