Hi! I'm Marie Davidson, the owner of Fun Pole Fitness. I have always been interested in fitness and nutrition. Seven years ago I decided rather than just take group fitness classes I wanted to teach them. I am certified by ACE (since February, 2004) as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and by Pole Position Fitness (July 2007) as a Pole Dance Instructor. I've taught cardio kick-boxing, body pump, stretch, cardio and Gravity classes. I currently teach Beach Boot Camp, spin and abs classes at Powerhouse Gym in Pacific Beach in San Diego, CA. 

Regular fitness classes can get boring quickly, so when I learned about Pole Dancing as a way to get and stay fit, I knew I had to try it. And when I did, I was hooked and knew I had to teach it too! I enjoy helping people reach their goals, and working with each person so they can learn the moves and be successful.

Hi, I'm JennReyes! I've been dancing on and off since the age of five, and I still love it. Although I'm classically trained in ballet and jazz, I love to explore all forms of dance and fitness. In 2007 I discovered the world of pole dancing for fitness. Just one class, and I was hooked! I immediately signed up for a certification class, became certified, and have been a position fitness instructor ever since!


As the majority of my time is spent as a full time consultant, dance and fitness has become a creative outlet for me. I love to "get my sexy on," all while burning calories and strengthening muscles. I choreograph my pole, burlesque, lap, and gogo routines to the rhythms and beats of todays music, and yesterdays favorites - so it's always something different! I like to make sure we hit almost every muscle group in the routines, but at the same time I try to keep it fun and flirty! With training in all avenues, my classes are an amazing combination of dance, fitness, and sexiness. Some come join me for lots of lots of laughs, some sexy moves, and a great workout!



Lisa Walswick came out of the womb dancing.  She started lessons early in Ballet, Tap, & Jazz.  She followed her parents to all of their Ballroom Dancing, Swing Dancing, & Country Line Dancing classes to learn the steps in the background with her sister, along with practicing at home with every dance video available.  Continuing to learn every kind of dance possible, Lisa has experience in Exotic Dance, Belly Dance, Modern Dance, & Hip Hop.  Lisa’s focus in her teaching is on getting the student in touch with their sensual side.

 

Lisa’s fitness experience ranges from Horseback Riding to Dirt Bike Riding, Jet Skiing to Scuba Diving, & Yoga to Muay Thai.  Not one to sit still, she has always made time for some kind of new physical activity in her life.  She taught tennis lessons early on, & swimming lessons through college.  Lisa is certified by Pole Position Fitness.




Linda O'Laughlin has been dancing almost all her life in very diverse styles, from swing, ballroom, country line/partner dancing, to belly dancing and exotic. She has been doing Middle Eastern Dance (belly dancing) profesionally for over five years, and has danced on both the east and the west coast, at places like LA Passive Arts and Disney World.
